Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with expertise in end–to–end sales cycles,
EdTech industry experience, and a strong focus on key sales performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate
will be responsible for managing our entire sales team, maintaining sales records, conducting sales research,
and effectively utilizing our company’s CRM system. Additionally, the candidate should possess in–depth
knowledge of EdTech industry and sales training content.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, to ensure effective sales processes.
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Lead and manage the entire sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- Focus on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of LSQ (Lead-to-Sales Qualification) processes and strategies is a must.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the EdTech industry.
- Expertise in analyzing and utilizing key sales KPIs.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure preferred.
