At Team INTERVAL we are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team and play a
pivotal role in shaping the culture and workforce of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a
strong background in generalist HR activities, with an emphasis on end–to–end recruitment, training and
development, statutory compliance, and a strong focus on employee appreciation and engagement..
Skills Required:
- Prioritize hands-on experience in employee engagement and HR activities.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as needed.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university.
- 3+ years of HR management experience with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement. (Ed-tech Preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
