Skills & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the backend of our application using Node.js and the Express framework.
• Design and implement APIs for efficient data exchange between the frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Create and optimize database schemas and queries for MySQL to ensure smooth data storage and retrieval.
• Develop the frontend of the employee portal using React, ensuring a responsive and visually appealing user interface.
• Work closely with the UI/UX design team to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, addressing performance bottlenecks and maintaining code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or related field is required.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in MERN stack development, with a focus on MySQL.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express, React, and MySQL.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Hands on experience in MUI, Redux.
