Job Description
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in promoting and facilitating our range of digital financial services. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and merchants, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the adoption of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in field sales activities to identify and onboard new merchants to our digital financial services platform.
- Build strong relationships with merchants to drive their adoption of our services.
- Utilize your strong sales acumen to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our mobile apps and digital payment solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to potential customers.
- Cover the assigned territory by conducting daily travel.
- Efficiently manage your travel schedule to maximize sales opportunities.
- Educate potential customers and merchants about the convenience and benefits of digital financial services.
- Address inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply, or a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the digital payments or financial services sector.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of mobile apps and digital payment solutions is advantageous.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological solutions to potential customers.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Access to a vehicle for daily travel within the assigned territory is required.
