We are looking for individuals with a BSc in Food Technology, whether fresh graduates or experienced, to join our team in Kakkancherry. Your main responsibility will be supervising the production of cakes and porotta.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production of cakes and porotta.
• Ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and equipment.
• Train and guide production staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Report any production issues or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with the production team.
