We are seeking individuals with ITI Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Kakkacherry. Your main responsibilities will include operating and maintaining cupcake packing machines and overseeing the work of others.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cupcake packing machines efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines.
• Monitor machine performance and quality.
• Supervise and manage a team of machine operators.
• Ensure smooth production and adherence to quality standards.
• Train and onboard new operators.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Qualifications:

• ITI Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory or leadership skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
