Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Incharge at our Varkala location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the service operations within our automobile service center.

Responsibilities:

Service Management:

Supervise and coordinate daily service operations.
Ensure timely and efficient servicing of automobiles.
Monitor and maintain service quality standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate the service team.
Provide guidance and support to technicians and service staff.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers to understand their service requirements.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide updates on service progress and completion.

Technical Expertise:

Utilize your Diploma in Automobile Engineering to assess and solve technical issues.
Collaborate with technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

Financial Management:

Monitor and control service-related expenses.
Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automobile industry.
Proven track record in service management.

Education:

Diploma in Automobile Engineering.

Skills:
