Experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant sales experience required

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Salary Range: Rs 10,000 to 15,000 per month plus incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales team in the positions of Team Leaders and Executives. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving targets in the Kazhakuttam and Attingal regions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
– Generate leads through various channels and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

2. Sales Execution:
– Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
– Close sales deals and achieve individual and team targets.

3. Team Leadership:
– Provide guidance and support to the sales team.
– Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve results.

4. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Address client queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

5. Reporting:
– Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales is a must.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Leadership skills (for Team Leaders).
6. Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
