As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring overall dealership success.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide training and support.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Inventory Management:

Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure a well-maintained and attractive showroom.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize sales opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in automobile sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
