Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Female Only)
Number of Positions: 5
Locations: Kazhakuttam, Attingal, Kilimanoor
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling
Salary Range: Rs 10,000 to 15,000 plus incentives
PF and ESI provided

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide relevant information or solutions.
4. Achieve daily and monthly targets for outbound calls and customer engagement.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall performance goals.
8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
9. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
10. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to the team leader.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling is mandatory.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good understanding of customer service principles.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficient in using telecommunications systems and relevant software.
7. Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
8. Must be a female candidate.
