Job Title: Cashier cum Accountant

Experience: Minimum 1 year as Cashier

Education: B.Com Graduate

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Salary Range: Rs 12,000 to 15,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Cash Handling:

Efficiently manage and process customer transactions.
Maintain accurate and organized cash registers.
Ensure proper handling of cash, checks, and other payment methods.

Accounting:

Utilize Tally software for recording financial transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service during transactions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Reconciliation:

Perform regular reconciliation of cash transactions.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.

Compliance:

Adhere to all financial and accounting regulations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Com graduate with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a retail or financial setting.

Skills:

Proficiency in using Tally software.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.

Communication:

Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
