Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR matters, from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary actions, and learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage payroll and labor compliance.
- Handle employee recruitment and onboarding.
- Address employee grievances and manage final settlement processes.
Lead the Performance Appraisal process. - Monitor employee time sheets and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage HR records.
- Implement the organization’s talent and HR strategy.
- Provide guidance to management and personnel.
- Supervise hiring processes for various positions.
- Review policies for compliance with employment laws.
- Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
- Recommend changes for team restructuring and morale improvement.
- Align employee responsibilities with corporate strategy.
- Improve and oversee the onboarding process.
- Develop and implement orientation and training programs.
