Job Description
Job Title: HR Staff
Location: Attingal and Kilimanoor
Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR
Education: MBA in HR
Salary: Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000 plus incentives
Age Limit: 35 years
Responsibilities:
Execute day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process to ensure the recruitment of qualified candidates.
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with management to address human resource needs and contribute to strategic planning.
Provide support in performance management processes.
Monitor and report on HR metrics.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles.
MBA in HR is a must.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Salary and Incentives:
The salary range is Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional incentives based on performance.
