Job Description:

Our reputable automotive service center is currently seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Advisors. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with expert guidance and ensuring their satisfaction with our automotive services.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers and inquire about their vehicle-related concerns.
Listen attentively to customer descriptions of vehicle problems and effectively communicate this information to the service team.
Service Recommendations:

Consult with customers to understand their service needs and explain recommended services based on vehicle assessments.
Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines.

Coordination:

Coordinate service appointments and keep customers informed of any delays or changes in service timelines.
Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service recommendations, and service history.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork.

Requirements:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.

Additional Information:

Salary: Rs 8000 to 15000 plus incentives
Age Limit: 35
