• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, with 1 to 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in retail software and inventory management systems.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
