Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with excellent English communication skills, a good personality, and a basic understanding of marketing in the software field. This role is specifically open to male candidates who are enthusiastic about sales and customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Present our software solutions effectively and address customer inquiries.
- Actively pursue leads and convert them into customers.
- Participate in outbound sales activities, such as cold calling and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Provide personalized solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Develop a solid understanding of our software products and their features.
- Explain the benefits and advantages of our offerings to potential clients.
- Utilize basic marketing knowledge to communicate our software’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to potential clients.
- Customize proposals to meet specific customer requirements.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Monitor progress and take necessary actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the network and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Pleasing personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, especially in the software field.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer engagement.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
