At Team INTERVAL the Trainer will responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills, product knowledge, onboarding programs and selling techniques in associated with HR department. The Trainer designs, conducts, and evaluates training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the team. They collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, create training materials, and ensure alignment with company objectives. In order to succeed in this role, you will plays a crucial role in ensuring that the  team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve  targets and contribute to the company’s success.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs within the organization.
• Develop engaging training content and materials.
• Deliver effective training sessions and workshops.
• Provide coaching to improve sales techniques.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Provide onboarding programs to new team members.
• Monitor the progress of internal team members and offer additional training and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Mater’s in related field.
• 1-2 Experience in training.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Proficiency in training software and tools.
• Collaborative and adaptable.
