Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience is essential.
• Proficiency in tax laws and GST regulations is mandatory.
• Familiarity with PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and the ability to manage stress effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
