Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR matters, from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary actions, and learning and development.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage payroll and labor compliance.
  • Handle employee recruitment and onboarding.
  • Address employee grievances and manage final settlement processes.
    Lead the Performance Appraisal process.
  • Monitor employee time sheets and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage HR records.
  • Implement the organization’s talent and HR strategy.
  • Provide guidance to management and personnel.
  • Supervise hiring processes for various positions.
  • Review policies for compliance with employment laws.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.
  • Recommend changes for team restructuring and morale improvement.
  • Align employee responsibilities with corporate strategy.
  • Improve and oversee the onboarding process.
  • Develop and implement orientation and training programs.
