We are seeking experienced individuals with a BSc in Food Technology to join our team in Kozhikode as Quality Assurance Specialists for a cake premix plant.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality and safety of cake premix products.
• Conduct quality inspections and checks.
• Monitor production processes and adherence to standards.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Collaborate with the production team for quality improvements.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Adhere to food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Food Technology.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a food processing environment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
